Yes. We use genuine, or after-market parts. Particularly with a new vehicle, when it is under warranty, we will only use genuine parts to maintain its integrity, especially when we are dealing with European cars. If you’re driving an older car, then we can assess the type of parts used based on the value of the car, your budget and anything else we may need to consider. We will communicate with you and provide all of your options, before you make the final decision.
